Jon Rocker

Founder and President

After leading construction departments for several firms early in his career, Jon founded J. Rocker Associates in 1994. Since then, he has built a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and multi-family projects in Bernards Township and across the region, recognized for their quality and craftsmanship.

A hands-on principal, Jon is actively involved in the day-to-day management of every project, a rarity in today’s industry. He believes in transparency, clear communication, and doing things the right way. He also prioritizes working with trusted local subcontractors and long-standing business partners, reinforcing his commitment to quality and community

Jon is proud to work alongside his oldest son, Collin, a Ridge High graduate, who plays an integral role in the company’s daily operations. A resident of Bernards Township for nearly 30 years, Jon feels fortunate to live and build in the community he calls home.
